This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Loc Em Up Products is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
U.S SHIPPING
Loc Em Up Products delivers all over the country.
Loc Em Up Products orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Loc Em Up Products will not will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Loc Em Up Products offers free shipping for orders over $65 USD.
Shipping charges for orders under $65 USD will be calculated and shown at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, Loc Em Up Products runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the checkout page.
SHIPPING COST ON FREE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Please note that shipping cost will be calculated and applied to your order on the checkout page. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, so please only add (1) promotional item to your cart per order. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost unless otherwise stated in product description.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Because all our products are specialty items and handmade. Your orders will be in processing for 1-3 days after purchase. This is time we allot for making your item fresh to order.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
SHIPPING TIMES
3 - 5 business days. This is the delivery time after processing time is complete.
(Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery address).
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Loc Em Up Products provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
DELAYS
Loc Em Up Products is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Loc Em Up Products is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Loc Em Up Products will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Loc Em Up Products recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Loc Em Up Products is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Loc Em Up Products makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
