Maintain a working knowledge of all products and product functions; must be able to reply to customer queries and assist as needed. Must be approachable, professional, and willing to stand for 4-11 hours for each shift
The event staffing team is the first thing the event attendees will come into contact with at the event. The event staff represents the event so it’s important everyone reflects the brand image.
